How We Integrated Global Bridge’s B2B Tech Stack to Sell Into Multiple Marketplaces Seamlessly

Global Bridge is a fashion commerce B2B wholesaler selling into multiple international marketplaces. After experiencing rapid growth, Global Bridge realised the need to consolidate its disjointed tech solutions via powerful integrations. That’s when they got us involved to seamlessly connect NetSuite, Bleckmann, Rithum and Akeneo.

Project Overview

After understanding Global Bridge’s goals we knew what processes were crucial to streamline and automate to achieve a seamless B2B operation across multiple marketplaces. We leveraged the Patchworks iPaaS to integrate Sales Orders, Fulfilment, Products, Images, Returns and Inventory across their end-to-end tech stack – enabling them to sell through exciting retailers such as Bloomingdales.

The Results

The project was completed and launched as scheduled, allowing Global Bridge to efficiently sell across multiple marketplaces. With their integrated tech stack, they are now well-equipped to handle future growth and confidently expand in the B2B Fashion space. Since launch, they have already begun trading in Bloomingdales, one of the USA’s largest fashion marketplaces and department stores.

Our integrations have significantly improved Global Bridge’s end-to-end operations. The NetSuite to Bleckmann connection for Sales Orders has automated and accelerated order processing, enabling them to comfortably handle higher volumes with fewer errors. Additionally, Fulfilment and Returns processes are now streamlined, providing faster, more accurate service and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The integration of Akeneo with Rithum ensures consistent, high-quality product images across marketplaces, while synchronised inventory management between Bleckmann and Rithum helps prevent overselling and stockouts which could be detrimental to their business. These integrations not only provide invaluable real-time business insights but also optimise Global Bridge’s entire operations, fuelling sustainable growth in the B2B eCommerce sector.
