Project Overview

The challenge presented to Knotted Commerce involved migrating London Lash from their previous iPaaS solution to a more sophisticated and scalable platform. The primary objective was to integrate 14 Shopify Plus sites into NetSuite, leveraging the capabilities of the Patchworks iPaaS. This migration was critical for streamlining sales orders, inventory, fulfilment, refund, and customer data processes.

London Lash needed to be live within 3 months so we knew we had to move swiftly to scope the project, develop a detailed proposal, migrate and build the integrations. We identified early on the potential need of customisation due to NetSuite being one of the key solutions involved. Thankfully our integrations team has a wealth of knowledge with NetSuite ERP and have delivered multiple projects integrating the solution.
