Project Overview

Meshki needed an integration partner with a specialist expertise in eCommerce and NetSuite to connect their Nimble 3PL solution and ERP seamlessly. They required robust integrations to improve the efficiency and accuracy of inventory adjustments whilst streamlining fulfilment processes with real-time tracking and stock takes. The Solution

Our skilled Engineers integrated Meshki’s 3PL, Nimble, with NetSuite, ensuring that their inventory and fulfilment operations are reliably synchronised with real-time updates. The integration flows that we built are:

Inventory Adjustments: Automated updates of inventory levels from Nimble to NetSuite, preventing costly over and underselling.

Fulfilment (Stock Take & Tracking): Automated tracking of stock levels and fulfilment status from Nimble to NetSuite. This improves visibility and operational efficiency both internally and for customers.

The Challenges

Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with Nimble to correct a handful of technical issues. These included adjusting field mappings and reconfiguring API connections within the Nimble solution. Thanks to their responsive and efficient team, we were able to resolve these issues quickly, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

The Results

Meshki now benefits from integrations that streamline their inventory and fulfilment processes, providing them with better data accuracy, enhanced operations and real-time visibility. Integrating a complex solution such as NetSuite can be fraught with technical issues and very costly. However, thanks to our specialist knowledge Meshki can now take full advantage of their ERP and 3PL solutions – fuelling exciting growth in the coming years.
