How We Integrated Bluebella’s Shopify Plus and NetSuite in Preparation for a Record-Breaking Peak

Overview
Bluebella, a leading lingerie and fashion brand, needed to integrate their 8 Shopify Plus stores with NetSuite in preparation for upcoming peak sales periods.
The 3 main drivers for this project were to future-proof their tech stack, enhance data accuracy and migrate to the new Patchworks platform. Bluebella not only requested our services because of our deep technical understanding of eCommerce, Shopify Plus, and NetSuite but also because of our unique capabilities to migrate from Patchworks’ old Tapestry platform to Core.

Solution
Our skilled Integration Engineers built a series of automated flows for key operational processes, ensuring accurate and seamless data synchronisation between Shopify Plus and NetSuite. These included:
Inventory Services: Real-time stock level updates from NetSuite to Shopify Plus.
Customer Data: Seamless transfer of customer information from Shopify Plus to NetSuite.
Sales Orders: Automation of sales order transfers from Shopify Plus to NetSuite.
Refunds: Real-time refund updates from NetSuite to Shopify Plus.
Fulfilment: Efficient order fulfilment updates from NetSuite to Shopify Plus.
Product Creation & Editing: Automated product creation and editing updates from NetSuite to Shopify Plus.
The
Results
Our Technical Team migrated Bluebella from Patchworks’ old “Tapestry” platform to the new and improved “Core”, ensuring a smooth transition. Very few agencies have the Patchworks iPaaS domain knowledge and technical capabilities to deliver this type of migration, making it a particularly exciting project to launch.
