Maniere De Voir are driven by design & quality, delivering investment pieces truly unique to the market that you can wear beyond the season. After their strategic decision to open a new warehouse in The Netherlands they knew how important it was to integrate their Peoplevox WMS with Shopify Plus to enhance fulfilment operations within the EU.
Maniere de Voir were opening a new warehouse in The Netherlands to better serve their EU customer base. Historically, they fulfilled all EU orders from their UK warehouse, but with post-Brexit complexities and increasing demand in the European market, they needed a more efficient solution. To support this growth and enhance their fulfilment capabilities, they enlisted our expertise to integrate Peoplevox WMS with their Shopify Plus EU store via the Patchworks platform.

Solution
Our Integration Engineers built seamless data flows between Peoplvox WMS and Shopify Plus, ensuring real-time updates across inventory, orders, fulfilment, and returns. This integration has provided Maniere de Voir with accurate insights and streamlined operational processes, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Inventory: Automated stock updates from Peoplevox to Shopify Plus, ensuring real-time visibility of all available stock.
Orders: Customer orders are sent from Shopify Plus to Peoplevox for processing.
Fulfilment: Fulfillment data flows back from Peoplevox to Shopify Plus, ensuring accurate order status updates for customers.
Returns: Once returns arrive in The Netherlands warehouse Peoplevox updates Shopify Plus and triggers customer refunds automatically.
The
Results
We collaborated closely with Peoplevox throughout the project to ensure that system data was perfectly aligned between both solutions. Additionally, we thoroughly load-tested and configured all WMS integrations for a successful go-live.
Maniere de Voir now enjoys improved accuracy across inventory and order management while streamlining fulfilment and returns operations. Their new Netherlands warehouse has enabled a more efficient service to their EU customers, positioning them for further growth in the region.
